What does MRS stand for?

Written by: Paul Stallard

The Market Research Society (MRS) is the acting UK government body focused on the protection of participant data. It also monitors general GDPR laws and research security. The MRS consults with both business and government leaders to ensure that research stays at the forefront of commercial and political agendas.

Whilst not legally enforceable, Society standards and regulations are the most effective way to ascertain how reliable a research company is. If a company does not comply with protection practices then they are automatically at risk for misusing data. This would cripple any campaign that you are planning to roll out.

Arlington Research prides itself on complying fully with the MRS. We place the safety of all data we come into contact with at the centre of our business ethos.
