Campaign Overview

SS&C Blue Prism partnered with Berkeley Communications and Arlington Research to explore the rapid emergence of agentic and generative AI and its transformative impact on global enterprise operations. The findings fuelled five thematic reports, tailored by region and industry, positioning SS&C Blue Prism as a global authority in intelligent automation.

Research Objectives

  • Understand global sentiment around AI adoption, particularly agentic and generative AI.
  • Identify readiness levels, adoption barriers, and data infrastructure gaps.
  • Generate actionable insights for strategic content across industries and regions.

Methodology

Arlington Research conducted a large-scale quantitative online self-completion survey between 11–30 December 2024, engaging 1,650 senior decision-makers at General Manager level and above.

Respondents represented organizations with 250+ employees across the three key regions of Europe, the Americas and APAC.

Key Findings

  • 29% of firms are already using agentic AI for autonomous automation; 44% plan to adopt within a year.
  • 84% of business leaders believe AI will disrupt traditional business models.
  • 44% say their firms lack effective data systems; 41% cite data inaccuracy as a key barrier.
  • Trust, governance, and readiness are emerging as mission-critical for successful AI rollout.

Deliverables

Five research-led reports were published using the findings, and supported regional media outreach, thought leadership, and content tailored to SS&C Blue Prism’s key verticals.

This was a flagship global campaign, with research providing the statistical engine to power it. With one strategically designed study, Arlington helped SS&C Blue Prism deliver five impactful narratives, each grounded in data and aligned with audience needs.
